I had the best time at Kimsue's video podcast a few weeks back. She is the host of The Aesthetic Culture Talk Show on Watch Radio NYC. I was a nervous wreck beforehand but she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed.

Kimsue is an Author, Lifestyle Consultant, Makeup Artist and has a global platform and uses it to showcase different creatives. She is a connector! We met at Harlem Fashion Week while my team and I were steaming clothes and trying to get our lives together. Kimsue came over and introduced herself and we immediately hit it off. She is so magnetic, vibrant and radiates good energy. She asked for my card and said she would reach out to me. I was super excited when she actually reached out.

In the video podcast, we talked about establishing a team, delegating work and trusting people to do the work and asking for help. We also discussed the importance of having emotional support and how people that will give you constructive criticism is key to growth.

We also discussed the plus and minuses of social media, only advertising online and thinking that social media likes and followers will equal sales. This podcast is really great for someone thinking about starting a business, have a business or interested in the behind scene of a creative business.

We loved all the comments, feedbacks and follow up from everyone. In this age of internet trolls and negativity online, it was sooooo amazing to get such positive feedback and have a dialogue with people. There's nothing better than connecting and engaging with people. Thank you Kimsue and everyone who supported us.
